• All orders must be confirmed in writing or by fax or by e-mail. All orders are supplied and charged for in multiples of 15 and 30.
• Prices stated are ex-nursery and exclude VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All items are offered subject to availability on receipt of written order.
• Where plants are not available from our own nursery we reserve the right to supply material of a similar specification from other growers within the E.C.
• Delivery will be charged unless otherwise stated.
• New customers requiring credit are asked to provide two trade references and one bank reference with first order or cash.
• Payment in full is due 14 days from date of invoice. Interest will be charged at 5% per month on all overdue accounts. Any order under £200 net must be paid for at time of collection which must be by prior arrangement only.
• It is understood that legal title to the goods supplied will not pass to the customer until full payment is received by the company. Should the customer appoint a trustee in bankruptcy, receiver or liquidator, having disposed of the goods to a third party, then the proceeds from the sale of goods should first be used to satisfy the company accounts.
• Any complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order. All plants are dispatched in good condition and no responsibility will be accepted for failures due to factors beyond our control.
• Goods are dispatched at the customer's risk. All claims for loss, delay or damage in transit must be made to the carriers. In all such cases the company must be notified.
• Should any unfilled order be cancelled by the customer, the company reserves the right to charge 30% of the value as liquidated damages without having to prove our action.
• Sizes indicated are approximate.
• The prices shown apply to the quantities ordered for each species.
• Placing an order implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
